For Custom Prints: We print on the TOOL END TUBE ONLY and not the extending tubes. We print our designs on a special material that is baked onto the carbon tube and finished with a protective coating, ensuring your print will be long lasting and cannot be immediately scratched off!

*All stock Primate Poles will ship out within 2-4 business days from purchase date. Delivery time can vary on locations, as our packages are considered "Extra Large". Shipping times via USPS or UPS can be anywhere from 2-10 business days. Custom design poles may have a wait time up to 3 weeks, however they often have a similar turn around time as our stock poles!
