Its reliability and durability has be proven time and time again on my routes see pic below. The things that I didn’t like on the pole they have already improved upon such as the grips the generation 2 grips are so much better after a long day and your hand doesn’t slip nearly as easy unlike from the previous generation. The generation 2 lever locks I haven’t got to try so no feedback on that. I did break a set of generation 1s but with the two year warranty no questions asked and had them arrived within 2-3 days. Also what gets over looked it’s small compact size it slides back in most truck beds and cabs which can be very helpful sometimes. Overall if you’re a pool pro or even just a homeowner that doesn’t want to replace other crappy aluminum pole give primate a shot you won’t regret it.
